Workshops - exchange of experience |
As in previous Conferences we found the small group discussion about the theme of this Conference very important. There will be 2 workshops each covering the same questions. What is most important is the exchange of ideas on the subject.
Please let us know if you are interested in moderating a workshop.
Workshop I actual approach on evaluation
In this first workshop questions will be asked about how evaluations are carried out for the moment and if possible tips can be given to the other participants.
| |
What are we evaluating today and when? |
| |
Which methodology do we use today to measure our results? |
| |
What do we do today to transpose the effects on learning into performance? |
| |
What do our clients ask us today regarding evaluation, measurements of results, ROI?
Workshop II How can we help our clients in 2001 to increase ROI?
The second workshop will try to find an answer on how we can help our clients to increase the ROI.
How can we increase the quality of our service in order to influence the ROI in a positive manner?
How can we involve the training manager of our clients in a more intensive way in the measurements of results?
How can we involve the manager of our participants in a more intensive way in the measurements of results?
How can we give support to our clients on the follow-up of what has been learned?
We would like to come in the end to individual action plans. There will be an inventory made of these action plans after the conference and we will organise a follow-up and a short feedback on the achievements during the conference of 2001.
