The theme for the Conference will be: Launching e-learning in insurance education and training (practical solutions) |
|
|
The Programme will try to cover the different aspects of the main topic of the conference through the lecturers and the workshops.

As in previous Conferences we found the small group discussion about the theme of this Conference very important. There will be 3 workshops each covering four or five questions. The workshops will be held in two rounds that all the members of the conference have the opportunity to exchange their ideas on two subjects at least.

Comparison of traditional and e-learning methods of the learning and the educational activities, enhancement and detailed analysis of the differences.

Workshop II Skills and competencies of e-learning tutors
|
|
The methodology of the on-line learning is different from the traditional learning methods. The on-line learning obviously requires different personalities, characters and skills from the tutors and from the trainees as well.
