The Project - oriented organisation Modular courses, conferences and seminars The Institute offers several courses which do not give any formal qualifications: Residential and non-residential courses. These are short courses - often conducted outside Rungstedgaard - covering specialised topics, or a particular aspect of the topics dealt with in the modular system. Further training for agents. These are short courses for agents and other employees working with sales. The participants have previously completed the relevant training course. Management courses. These are two different courses aimed primarily at personnel working with the development of human resources, and senior management. Train-the-trainer courses. The Institute conducts courses for teachers at the Institute and at the insurance companies. One-day conferences and seminars. These are held for specially-chosen target groups from both inside and outside the industry, with a view to communica-ting knowledge and exchanging points of view on core issues.
