One of APS purpose is to promote professionnal insurance training and education for the insurance market. The Training Department is the structural organ from APS, that commits through his Insurance Training Centre, the professionnal insurance training and education. The connection between the Training Department and the national Education system, is represented by the recognition of some Diplomas obtained in differents Training Programmes, equivalents to those of the state Education system. The Training and Education programmes offered by the Insurance Training Centre are complementary to the internal training system develloped by insurance companies, more concentrated on the culture and image of the company, their insurance products and in agents training. The annual Training and Education Programme offered by the Training Centre for the insurance market, is expressed by an integrated training structure composed in four different levels: basic training, vocational and recycling training, specialised training and high level training.
